Located in flourishing Long Island City, the successful development helped to advance the Court Square neighborhood by transforming a vacant lot into a vibrant residential community.
The Pearson Court Square is built in the style of a timeless New York warehouse, seamlessly blending the classic and the contemporary. It features a grand double-height lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio and laundry facility – all with outdoor access, bike storage, grocery storage and a 24-car garage. The building features several outdoor amenities including basketball and bocce courts on the ground floor, a landscaped wrap-around garden terrace on the second floor, a sun deck terrace on the tenth floor, and a rooftop terrace and lounge.
