Rhonda joined L+M in 2022. Rhonda is responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, and overseeing compliance requirements for LMFM and separately managed accounts. Prior to L+M, Rhonda was a senior accounting manager for joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions at Weingarten Realty. Rhonda graduated Cum Laude from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a B.S. in Accounting.

Sophie joined L+M in 2022. Sophie is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM. Prior to L+M, Sophie was a Real Estate Asset Management Associate at Blackstone and an Analyst at JLL. Sophie holds a B.B.A. from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Tim joined L+M in 2018. Tim is responsible for the analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and transaction execution process for the purchase, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. Prior to L+M, Tim was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Wells Fargo. Mr. Corcoran holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance, Cum Laude, from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Kenny joined L+M in September 2019. Kenny is responsible for the analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and transaction execution process for the purchase, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. Kenny recently graduated with an MBA from Columbia Business School. Prior to Columbia, Kenny worked on the Real Estate Finance & Securitizations team at Credit Suisse for five years where he focused on the origination and syndication of over $13 billion of large commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans for a variety of institutional sponsors. Kenny graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Economics.

Bryan joined L+M in 2017. Bryan is responsible for the analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and transaction execution process for the purchase, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. In addition to his role in acquisitions, Bryan is responsible for analyzing LMFM’s investment fund performance. Prior to L+M, Bryan was a Private Equity Investment Associate at NexPhase Capital and an Analyst in the M&A Group at Evercore. Bryan holds a B.B.A. with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Peter joined L+M in 2019. Peter is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM, as well as the analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and transaction execution process for the acquisition, ongoing management, and disposition of LMFM assets. Prior to joining L+M, Peter was the Vice President of Acquisition and Asset Management at Global One Investments, LLC where he oversaw the acquisition, financing, repositioning, operations and recapitalization of New York City multifamily assets valued at over $600 million. Peter began his career at Silvercup Associates LLC, where he oversaw a mixed-use portfolio with a market value of $300 million and underwrote mixed use development projects worth over $1 billion. Peter holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Joseph joined L+M in 2013. Joseph is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of investments for LMFM. Prior to joining L+M, Joseph worked with senior management at Rose Associates and CW Capital Asset Management to stabilize Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village following Tishman Speyer’s handoff of the property to its creditors. Joseph began his career as a consultant at Greenwich Associates providing strategic advice to leading U.S. investment management firms. Joseph earned a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Beloit College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Adam Hellegers is responsible for the supervision of the legal staff and is Corporate Secretary to L+M Development Partners. Adam joined L+M in 2010, and he has previously held roles at L+M as a Development Co-Director of Preservation, as well as several legal positions.

Prior to his L+M tenure, Adam worked within the real estate department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC), was an attorney at Michael, Levitt & Rubenstein LLC, captive firm of Related Companies. Adam began his career working with the New York City Parks Department and for Philadelphia City Councilwoman-at-large Happy Fernandez.

Adam holds a BA magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, where he received an academic award for urban and federal housing policy research. Adam participated in Coro Leadership NY XVII, is a Westchester County Division of Habitat for Humanity board member, Board of Trustees of Westchester Reform Temple executive committee member and Secretary, and a former Chair and current board member of the Osborne Association. Adam is a former Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Housing and Urban Development Committee.
