Communications Intern – Summer (Paid/In-Person)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hour per/week

What You’ll Do
The Communications team develops and implements communications programs to build employee engagement and increase alignment with corporate strategic priorities. The team oversees internal communications channels such as the company intranet, external channels such as social media and the website, and produces marketing materials.
L+M offers a comprehensive intern program. During the ten-week program, interns will gain exposure to the jobsite, means and methods of construction, tour several jobsites, attend a lunch with company leaders, and make a presentation on lessons learned to senior management. Salary Range: $96,000.00 to $115,000.00 Annually
L+M Development Partners LLC., an established residential developer/builder/manager, has an exciting opportunity for a Communications + Marketing Manager to support the development and implementation of the overall communications strategy, with a focus on the digital strategy, alignment with and execution of corporate priorities and creation of content for internal and external channels. If you’re a creative storyteller that can develop and implement strategies that engage our audiences across multiple channels, L+M is the right place for you. This position reports to the Director of Communications + Marketing.
