As part of its 50,000 Futures campaign, PENCIL recently shared a short video featuring some of the L+M team members who have been critical in developing the ongoing partnership between L+M and Murray Hill Academy, a NYC public high school.

Gingi Pica, L+M’s Director of Community Investment, and Josue Sanchez, Senior Director of Development at L+M, were interviewed. Elian Gomez, a PENCIL participant and L+M intern, also made an appearance!

Among other things, our colleagues talk about the importance of promoting diversity in the real estate industry, investing in students who may become our colleagues in the future, and the benefit of professionals partnering with New York City public school to work with students.

Thank you to our colleagues from L+M and C+C who have developed the program curriculum and volunteered as mentors. We are looking forward to continuing to partner with PENCIL and help foster the next generation of real estate professionals.
