Claremont Hall is a Robert A.M. Stern-designed building within the academic enclave of the Morningside Heights community. The project is located within the Union Theological Seminary campus, and will offer 164 condominium units and dramatic amenities, including a new pool within a repurposed 150-year-old refectory. Claremont Hall also includes new faculty housing and academic space, and the project financing sets aside $5M for homelessness prevention and services. The development is a partnership between Daiwa House Texas, Lendlease Development, and LMXD.
