Harlem River Point is a joint venture between L+M Development Partners, Artimus Construction Company, East Harlem Triangle and Friendly Hands Ministry to develop 313 units of affordable housing on a site awarded through a NYC Housing & Preservation Department (HPD) RFP.

Harlem River Point North is a mixed-use project containing 173 affordable residential units at 40% and 60% of area median income, 2,340 square feet of commercial space on the corner of Park Avenue and 131st Street and 10,300 square feet of daycare facility on Park Avenue.
