Harlem River Point is a joint venture between L+M Development Partners, Artimus Construction Company, East Harlem Triangle and Friendly Hands Ministry to develop 313 units of affordable housing on a site awarded through a NYC Housing & Preservation Department (HPD) RFP.
Harlem River Point North is a mixed-use project containing 173 affordable residential units at 40% and 60% of area median income, 2,340 square feet of commercial space on the corner of Park Avenue and 131st Street and 10,300 square feet of daycare facility on Park Avenue. Harlem River Point North is part of Phase I and opened for occupancy in 2013, while the south building is part of Phase II that will open at a later date.
Essex Crossing Phase One is the winner of the 2019 Excellence Award for Best Mixed-Use Project.
