The eight-story rental building includes 107 affordable residences, approximately 1,250 square feet of community space, approximately 9,000 square feet of retail space, and 32 parking spaces. La Terraza is an award winning mixed-use development and won the 2012 Multifamily Executive Award Project of the Year. The building opened for occupancy in 2011.
