With architecture firm CetraRuddy, this former municipal parking lot is being transformed into a 14-story mixed-use building. One Essex Crossing is the luxury residential condominium portion of the building and will offer access to green spaces, the adjacent new Essex Market, Regal Cinemas, and The Market Line, among other Essex Crossing offerings. In addition to the 83 residential condominiums, 202 Broome features 175,000 SF of Class-A office space, including 35,000 SF of first-class retail space.
