202 Broome Street is a 345,000 SF condominium, office, and retail development on a full-block site bound by Delancey, Norfolk, Broome and Suffolk streets in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.

With architecture firm CetraRuddy, this former municipal parking lot is being transformed into a 14-story mixed-use building. One Essex Crossing is the luxury residential condominium portion of the building and will offer access to green spaces, the adjacent new Essex Market, Regal Cinemas, and The Market Line, among other Essex Crossing offerings.
