L+M Development Partners is transforming the Winchester Arms Historic District into a revitalized mixed-use location. Winchester Works will support technology and life science uses, and with existing tenants, Transact Campus, Inc. and BankMobile, the building will become part of New Haven’s collaborative technology and biotechnology ecosystem. New tenant and biotech company Halda Therapeutics, will occupy 9,800 SF of laboratory and office space. Winchester Works is looking to lease the remaining 90,000 SF of space.
