L+M is empowering the next generation of leaders in Commercial Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management with valuable job experience, professional networking and exposure to industry thought leaders. Our summer interns will develop their careers and cultivate technical and leadership skills while engaging in community service opportunities.

WHEN: Summer 2024
WHERE: Larchmont, NY, L+M’s NYC Office, and construction sites throughout NYC and NJ.
WHO: High school, undergraduate, and graduate students with an interest in and/or have applicable skills in real estate development, affordable housing, or construction.
