Alban Gjyrezi

Chief Technology Officer

 Alban Gjyrezi leads the Technology and Business Applications teams responsible for the IT strategy, infrastructure, cyber security, and business line support for over 70 corporate, construction, and property management offices. Since joining L+M in 2005, Alban’s focus has been on ensuring reliability and performance of the core company-wide platforms while staying ahead of rapidly evolving industry trends, AI opportunities, and the regulatory environment.  

Prior to joining L+M, Alban held positions in various NYC engineering firms and managed service providers, closely working with clients such as General Electric, Long Island Rail Road, a nuclear power agency, NYC government, elected officials, law enforcement and various accounting and law firms. 

Alban holds a BA in Public Administration Information Systems, and a Master of Science degree in Information Management and Security from NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering. He is a member of the Realcomm Advisory Council, an organization dedicated to the advancement of technology, automation, and innovation in real estate.
