The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANY) recognized SBH Health System for its SBH Health and Wellness Center at our Cooper Gardens project in the Bronx with the 2024 Community Health Improvement Award.
20 Littleton Avenue was named a 2024 Smart Growth Awards winner.
Bronx Point was selected as a finalist for the 2024 Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing.
