Using a holistic approach, we aim to support those most impacted by our work, including our residents, our employees, and local organizations and businesses, to achieve successful outcomes.
Resident and Community Development
Community and resident engagement are critical components of our work. Building trust and a positive reputation in the community underscores our work and helps us maintain our relationships with residents. L+M’s team is dedicated to this work and ensures that communication with residents and stakeholders is delivered in a transparent, accessible, and culturally sensitive manner.

Health And Well-being: Improve the availability of nutritious, affordable food and access to fitness programs.
Social Justice: Support programs that address the root causes of social, racial, economic and environmental injustices.
Workforce Development: Increase job training opportunities and placement in jobs that lead to careers.
