Gerald L. Miceli
President of Construction, PartnerGerald Miceli is a seasoned construction veteran with over 38 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction markets. Prior to L&M, he worked with The Turner Construction Company for 18 years in various positions including Project Executive. He joined LMBG in January 2006 and in March of 2014 was promoted to President of Construction, Partner, and has held this position since. During the last 20 years with LMBG, he has helped transform and elevate LMBG into the top residential developer and builder in the New York City Metro area in several markets including market rate residential, rental and ownership, affordable residential, mixed-use facilities and preservation/rehabilitation projects. As President of L+M Builders Group, Gerald has overall accountability of the Construction Group while always supporting the mission and vision of L+M Developing Partners. He is responsible for executive oversight and working collaboratively with business lines to ensure smooth collaboration while ensuring deadlines, commitments, and our mission are met. He helps establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors/vendors, and community leaders. Gerald holds a BS in civil engineering from Manhattan College. He is active with several local charity organizations within his community. He resides in West Harrison, NY with his wife and two children.
