Amy Burpee Cordone

Chief Operating Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Amy Cordone brings an in-depth understanding of business operations within real estate.  Amy joined L+M in 2014 as the operational lead for the construction business line – driving process improvements and operational efficiencies, promoting the use of technology and driving collaboration within the business line. She then moved to a corporate role as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategy where she focused on executing corporate strategic initiatives, relating to data, people, and culture to facilitate the company’s growth strategies and drive alignment across the company. As COO, she continues this work internally, and is directly responsible for Operations, Communications + Marketing, Insurance Risk Management, Workforce and Contractor Diversity, and the Property Management business line.

Prior to joining L+M, Amy worked with Tishman Construction (AECOM) and led corporate initiatives and change management for the construction services business. She is the recipient of the Top 20 Under 40 for Metro New York from Engineering News Record and Member of the Year for the Boston Chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). Amy holds a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, a certificate in international business from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, and an EMBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Amy is member of CHIEF, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
