Salary Range: $66,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually
L+M Development Partners LLC (LMDP), an established residential developer/builder/manager, has an exciting opportunity for a Community Affairs Manager to ensure that community engagement is a focal point and properly integrated across the company’s portfolio. The Community Affairs Manager will help strengthen and maintain partnerships with current resident, community, political, and service-based groups within East and Central Harlem communities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work well as a member of an integrated team, but also capable of working independently with limited oversight, and possess the ability to build key internal and external relationships. Additionally, he or she will possess a sound understanding of complex systems and structures that promote social and economic equity, but also have a strong enthusiasm to support communities thriving for parity and inclusion.
