$97.8M Secured to Deliver 105 Affordable Homeownership Units at Harlem Redevelopment

Lemor Development Group, Infinite Horizons, L+M Development Partners, and Urbane Development Group are transforming the former Lincoln Correctional Facility at 31–33 West 110th Street into a 22-story, mixed-use development. The project will deliver 105 affordable cooperative homeownership units, along with community facility space and resident amenities.

Work Officially Begins on Arverne East Building D
