Mentor Haxhija is a Vice President and Project Executive for L+M Builders Group. Mentor has over fifteen years of construction management experience working on a variety of residential and mixed-use projects. He is currently responsible for managing the construction aspects of several of L+M’s high-rise developments in Manhattan, including Sites 2 and 4 totaling more than 800,000 square feet at the Lower East Side’s Essex Crossing development, as well as a 49-story market-rate condominium development at 25 Park Row in the Financial District. He is responsible for overseeing the construction budgets, negotiating the construction management agreements, supervising construction managers and ensuring the safe and timely completion of projects. In his time at L+M, he has overseen the construction of over 1,300 residential units. Prior to joining L+M, Mentor worked for Turner Construction Company in the preconstruction department on several large-scale commercial, educational and healthcare projects. Mentor holds a BS in civil engineering from Manhattan College and is currently in pursuit of his MBA at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
