Senior Vice President, Construction

Mentor Haxhija has over twenty years of construction management experience working on a variety of residential and mixed-use projects. As a Partner and Senior Vice President of Construction, he has senior management responsibility across multiple projects, supporting project teams to ensure projects are delivered timely, safely and on budget. Mentor collaborates with the SVP of Preconstruction during the predevelopment phase of projects, with a focus on negotiating construction terms with various partners. Mentor also play a role in developing and implementing LMDP strategy. Prior to joining L+M, Mentor worked for Turner Construction Company in the preconstruction department on several large scale commercial, educational, and healthcare projects. Mentor holds a BS in civil engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from temple University’s Fox School of Business.
