The Georgia King Village Outparcel is a 78-unit mixed-use, ground-up development located on the corner of West Market Street and Littleton Avenue in the Fairmont neighborhood of Newark, New Jersey.  The Project is under construction on an underutilized surface parking lot belonging to an existing 422-unit affordable housing complex known as Georgia King Village.

The ground floor will feature an 8,000-square-foot open access health care space that University Hospital will operate. The center will provide primary care services to the residents of GKV and the Outparcel, in addition to all residents of the neighborhood.
