20 Littleton is a 78-unit mixed-use, ground-up development located on the corner of West Market Street and Littleton Avenue in the Fairmont neighborhood of Newark, New Jersey. The project was completed on an underutilized surface parking lot.

The ground floor features an 8,000-square-foot open access health care space that is operated by University Hospital. The center provides primary care services to the residents of the property, in addition to all residents of the neighborhood.
