LMXD, MSquared and Taconic are developing two interconnected, mixed-income, mixed-use residential buildings with nearly 700 apartments, ground-floor retail, parking and a supermarket. The project will also provide a home for a performing arts center operated by the People’s Theatre Project, which focuses on the immigrant experience, social justice issues, and the arts. Additionally, the development is aiming for a LEED Silver certification.
