The Crossing (formerly known as River Crossing) is a 761-unit mixed-income property located in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood. The property was originally constructed in 1980 and taken out of the Mitchell-Lama program in 2005. L+M Workforce Housing Fund acquired the property in October 2019 and placed in into a 40-year regulatory agreement to preserve the long-term affordability. L+M also is investing in unit renovations as well as building and amenities upgrades.
