The Parker

The Parker is a 64-unit mixed-income property located in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood. The property was originally constructed in 1975 and taken out of the Mitchell-Lama program in 2005. L+M Workforce Housing Fund acquired the property in October 2019 and placed it into a 40-year regulatory agreement to preserve long-term affordability. L+M also plans to invest in unit renovations, as well as building and amenities upgrades.
