Williamsbridge Gardens is a development of two eight-story buildings on East 211^th and East 212^th Streets in the Bronx, providing 170 units of affordable housing ranging from 30% to 80% of AMI. 85 units will be set aside for formerly homeless individuals and families with on-site services provided by the project’s non-profit partner, Center for Urban Community Services.

Williamsbridge Gardens will feature a large courtyard as well as indoor amenities including a community room, computer lab and children’s library, fitness center, laundry room, and bike room in each building. The project’s sustainability features include a rooftop solar array and energy efficient appliances.
