Acquired in 2017, L+M has completed preservation work at Zion Towers in Newark’s South Ward. The work modernized 268 units, including providing each with upgrades of new kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, common areas were updated, roof and façade repairs made, the elevators were modernized, new windows installed, and the heating and air conditioning systems overhauled. Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey also provides supportive services and outreach for 12 one-bedroom units reserved for mental health, special needs residents.
