The L+M team attended and supported the recent swearing-in ceremony for the newly elected Edenwald Resident Association.

Council Member Kevin Riley officially swore in the group, which will work to represent the residents of the 2,035-unit property and make sure their voices are heard.

Edenwald Houses, the largest public housing development in the Bronx, is currently undergoing an extensive $783 million renovation as part of the Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program.

The Edenwald PACT Partners, which includes Camber Property Group, Henge Development, SAA EVI, and L+M construction team, is completing the work, and L+M’s property management company is managing the property.

The renovation includes comprehensive upgrades in every apartment to the bathrooms and kitchens. There will also be new windows, new flooring, paint, and free broadband internet. Additionally, safety and security features will be enhanced, and social services will be expanded.
