14 LeCount Breaks Ground in Downtown New Rochelle

L+M officially broke ground on a 380-unit development alongside New Rochelle Mayor Bramson, elected officials and project partners Wilder Balter Partners and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group. 14 LeCount will be one of the first mixed-income buildings constructed in downtown New Rochelle.

Story Avenue East & West Open in the Bronx

Story Avenue East & West

Story Avenue East and West officially opened with a ribbon cutting and celebration. The project, developed in partnership with Nelson Management Group, is made up of two 240,000 SF buildings. 1520 & 1530 Story Avenue have 223 and 212 affordable units respectively, and a combined 15,000 SF of community facility space.
