Arverne East will transform a 116-acre vacant, oceanfront site within the Arverne and Edgemere neighborhoods of Queens. The project will include a publicly accessible nature preserve, mixed-income housing, retail, parking, community open spaces, necessary infrastructure improvements, and vital flood protection.
