Josue Sanchez, L+M Development Senior Director, was honored by News 12 the Bronx  for Hispanic Heritage Month! While growing up in the Bronx, Josue was drawn to real estate after seeing how vacant lots can be transformed to help people and families thrive. Today, as part of the development team for Bronx Point that includes affordable housing, educational spaces, retail and the Universal Hip Hop Museum, it is a dream project for him to work on.
